The Original Dhow Safaris Company operates the spectacular Sunset Dolphin Cruise in one of Zanzibar's truly unique dhows, used for centuries to navigate the coast of Africa. Every evening you will have the chance to experience one of the most romantic and relaxing sights in the world as bottle-nose and humpback dolphins glide through the Indian Ocean.

Departing from the jetty of Dolphin View Paradise (depending on the tide conditions) at 4.30 in the evening, you will be accompanied by one of our expert guides.Setting sail in the beautiful dhow, fitted with cushions for your comfort, the trip runs for approximately two hours. Drinks can be pre-ordered from the counter before your dhow cruise begins. Scrumptious canapés will be served throughout the dhow cruise.
We have seen more than hundred dolphins, during the past cruises, and although the success rate of dolphin sightings is very high, there are no guarantees of sightings.
