AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
Flightlink maintenance is carried out in Nairobi Wilson airport at CMC Aviation Ltd. They are the industry leaders in General Aviation Maintenance. Authorized and Recognized by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority.
INSURERS
Flightlink are insured for Aircraft Hull, Personal bodily Injury, Death, Loss of Baggage and Third party Liability. Copies of Insurance Certificate are available on request for your reference)
STANDARDS
Reliability and punctuality
Flight Link aims to operate at least 99% of our schedule and aim for 90% of our aircraft to arrive at their destination within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. By industry standards, this is a very high target and standard we desire to achieve.

Flight Link is totally committed to giving our customers safe & excellent service. Our Multinational Crew (Italian, Kenyan, South African, and Iranian) makes the difference. As a result, we expect them to be:
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG
1. Delays - Every effort is made to prevent delays to our flights. In the event that your flight is delayed for more than two hours we will give you a notice confirming your rights. This will detail our policy relating to refreshments, telephone calls and accommodation which may be available to you. During any delays we will keep you informed of the situation.
2. Diversions due to Weather - If there is a diversion, we will transport your clients to their destination by the best available method. If a diversion means you have to stay overnight, we will provide and pay for accommodation.
3. Cancellations - In the event a flight is cancelled, we will endeavor to give as much notice as possible. If a flight is cancelled on the day of departure we will give you a notice confirming your rights. This will detail our policy relating to refreshments, telephone calls and accommodation which may be available to you or charter a third party aircraft at no extra costs to the clients.
4. Excess Baggage - Will be carried subject to space and weight being available on the flight and provided that the appropriate fee is paid by the passenger. If excess baggage is not carried on the same flight, it will be forwarded to the original destination airport as soon as possible. Flightlink reserve the right to ask passengers to collect such items on their arrival.
